DaWanda Interview - Im Atelier von A FRENCH TOUCH

Das Team von DaWanda hat vor einigen Wochen bei mir angefragt, ob ich nicht Lust hätte, mein Atelier im Rahmen ihrer Do-It-Yourself Aktion vorzustellen. 

Jaaaaaaaa natürlich hatte ich Lust, und vergangenes Wochenende war es dann endlich soweit:

YEEEEEEESSSSSS Of course I did ! And last weekend it finally happened - I'm so happy and excited presenting officially my workshop.

Mandala Flower Rattles

Ebenfalls brandneu in meinem Shop sind die gehäkelten Mandala-Flower Babyrasseln:

Ein neuer Bewohner ist heute in meinen DaWanda Shop eingezogen ...

Carlos, ein anhänglicher, schelmischer Feld-, Wald- und Wiesenkater.

Er liebt Spazierengehen an der frischen Luft genauso wie ein Schläfchen unter dem Apfelbaum. In seinem neuen, trendigen Outfit mit hellgrauer Hose und grünem Streifenshirt kann er es kaum erwarten, zu neuen Abenteuern aufzubrechen. 
 

Carlos, an affectionated, mischievous cuddly cat. He loves promenades in the fresh air as well as taking a nap under neighbour's apple tree. In his new, trendy outfit with grey pants and a stripy green shirt, he can't wait to embark on new adventures.

 

Hasen, Hasen und nochmals Hasen ...

Ich habe schon lange nichts mehr an dieser Stelle von mir hören lassen, aber das liegt einfach nur daran, dass gerade so unheimlich viel los ist.
Gerade aus dem Urlaub zurück und gleich wieder rein in den Alltagsstress. Bin jobmässig viel unterwegs im Moment und so ganz nebenbei läuft mein DaWandaShop so toll an. Damit hätte ich nie gerechnet.
Es macht unglaublich viel  Spass und ich bin fleissig am häkeln und am neue Sachen entwerfen.
Gerade habe ich einen kleinen Sonderauftrag der bald nach Österreich unterwegs sein wird. Ich hoffe, den Zwillingsmädchen gefällts ... 
It's been a while since my last post ... so many things are going on these days that I hardly find time taking care of my blog.
We've just returned from a short vacation break in California and I got right away back to work-routine. 
At the same time my DaWanda Shop is kicking in ... I wasn't expecting that at all!
It's a real pleasure and so much fun to create new stuff.
I'm right in the middle of finishing a command which will leave this weekend to Austria. I hope the twin girls will enjoy their new "Lilou" rabbits ...

Ausserdem versuche ich ein bisschen mein "Lager" aufzufüllen.
Die erste Runde von meiner Rasselbande ging so schnell weg, dass ich nicht einmal dazu gekommen bin, hier einige Fotos einzustellen.
Deshalb an dieser Stelle ein kurzer Nachtrag, um Euch die 3 Racker vorzustellen:

Jede Rassel ist aus reiner Baumwolle gehäkelt und mit antiallergener Füllwatte gefüllt.
In das Köpfchen ist jeweils ein Rasselkörper eingenäht.
Der Ring ist aus unbehandeltem Buchenholz.

The ring is made of untreated wood.

Eine Sonderanfertigung für eine ganz liebe Kollegin, die auch meine ersten beiden Babygreiflinge mit Ihrem kleinen Nils für mich getestet hat ...

Obendrauf gab es dann noch eine Babyrassel "French Macaron" in schickem mintgrün:

Ich hatte sogar noch Zeit eine neue Kreation anzufangen - dazu später mehr ...

"TinaPari" goes DaWanda

Das ist der momentane Dauerzustand auf meinem Schreibtisch ...
This is the permanent condition of my desk since some weeks ...

Man kann schon erahnen, dass ich gerade mal wieder vor kreativer Energie sprühe.
Bei dem ganzen Arbeitsstress in letzter Zeit habe ich endlich meinen perfekten Ausgleich gefunden.
Mann soll es kaum gauben, aber beim Stricken und Häkeln kann ich immer am besten abschalten und  runterfahren. Meine ganz persönliche YogaAlternative sozusagen ;-)
Seit ich mein Projekt in Südfrankreich habe und ich einmal in der Woche dort auf der Baustelle unterwegs bin, habe ich schon etliche Schals, Handschuhe und Mützen fertigbekommen. Langsam kennen mich die Stewardessen auch schon, weil ich irgendwie immer mit meinem Strick- oder Häkelzeug unterwegs bin und zwischen den ganzen Anzugträgern damit wohl ein bisschen aus dem Rahmen falle ;-)
Und irgendwie ist so nach und nach ganz von alleine die Idee entstanden, dass ich doch einige meiner Kreationen auch auf Etsy oder Dawanda anbieten könnte.

You can already imagine that I'm bubbling over with new ideas.
With all the work stress lately, I found  my perfect way of balance. Knitting and crochet  became my personal yoga alternative ;-)
Since I'm travelling once a week to the construction site in the south of France, I finished already a couple of shawls, bonnets and gloves. The stewardesses start knowing me because I'm not as all the other typical business travellers in their suits. Instead of a black briefcase I'm travelling with my knitting and crochet  stuff ;-)
And bit by bit, I came up with the idea to sell me creations on Etsy or DaWanda.

Ja und jetzt ist es endlich soweit, meine eigene kleine Kreativplattform ist fertig - yepeeahhh:

Und in den nächsten Wochen werden hoffentlich noch ganz viele neue Kreationen dazukommen.
Ich bin super aufgeregt ;-)
